PROJECT BASED ENGAGEMENT
- Customized projects carried out for the client throughout time periods ranging from a few weeks to longer projects lasting a few months
- GRC bears responsibility for the accuracy and excellence of output
- Fee is quoted separately for every assignment
- Project team includes a Project Director and/or a Project Manager, together with a mix of Research Associates and Financial Analysts, based on the complexity of the assignment
FULL TIME EQUIVALENCY (FTE) ENGAGEMENT
- Trained personnel with certain skill sets are assigned to work solely and entirely full-time on the aforementioned job for a duration of one six months and more
- While GRC is in charge of ensuring that the output is accurate and of high quality, the resource works for the client directly
- The fee is lower when compared to the project-based engagement
BLOCK OF HOURS ENGAGEMENT
- A unique model where clients buy into a block of research hours on an annual basis at preferential rates
- This model offers greater flexibility to clients even for very small engagements
- The professional fee rate for this model is a smaller amount than project-based engagement but more than the FTE model
CAPTIVE CENTRE MANAGEMENT ENGAGEMENT
- An arrangement during which the client sets up a high-quality back office or a country office with much lower costs through a local company already having the requisite skills, manpower and infrastructure
- Full time resources typically contracted for one year or multiples of it
- The team is managed by a Project Manager from the client
