  • The key challenge was to asses the Nigerian market for in-car entertainment system which is flooded with grey market products along with small local players.

Project Objectives

  • To assess the market size & share among various product lines of the client, based on their current sales in the market
  • To assess the brand share in various product lines of in-car entertainment systems – competition share

Our Approach and Work

  • Prepared database of dealers and retailers of in-care entertainment system through existing database and desk research
  • Face to face interviews conducted amongst dealers/retailers using structured questionnaire

Outcome and Business Impact

GRC’s study  clearly gave the client an overall scenario of the market. It provided the information on the market size and the share. It also identified the role of grey market in these product categories. We also clearly suggested the steps that the client need to take to enhance their sale.
